Return and Refund Policy

At Rume Decor LTD, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• To initiate a return, please email us at info@rumedecor.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days.

• Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged where stock is available. If product is sold out, you will receive a full refund of the product price only. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@rumedecor.co.uk.
